For the design of "Manifeste pour une cuisine responsable", a cookbook by Chef Simon, I wanted to create a visual language that reflects the chef’s philosophy of simple, sustainable cooking. The book features illustrations by artist Jin-Young Hong, created with colored pencils. This technique lends the illustrations a raw, hand-crafted feel that aligns with the book’s values of authenticity and simplicity.
